The living room/kitchen with the spacious balcony on the sea side have an area of approximately 54 m2. The interior is comfortably furnished with attention to design. A stylish dining area with leather-upholstered chairs, leather sofas and indoor sun blinds with remote control. In the property you will also find a matching 4K UHD television (55 inch) and sound equipment.
The open kitchen has beautiful glass fronts and is luxuriously equipped with a ceramic worktop, a wide Miele induction hob, a Miele dishwasher, a Miele oven with microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
The Albatros Suite has one spacious sitting-bedroom (with a large balcony with morning sun) of over 30m2. In the sleeping area you will find two Jensen box spring beds (90x210cm) with down duvets and pillows. In the spacious wardrobe there is a large safe.
The sitting area in the bedroom is also furnished with two wonderful Montis Chaplin chairs and a coffee table. There is also a mobile 4K UHD television here, so you can also watch TV from bed if desired.
The bathroom is equipped with a contemporary washbasin unit, a hairdryer and a large shower cabin with rain shower and separate hand shower. The apartment also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There is a separate toilet. All rooms have underfloor heating.
