Our cosy summerhouse is recently renovated and is modern furnished. We have laminate floorings and central heating. The house has a Shower/Toilet, Kitchen, Livingroom and a big sleeping area upstairs. The kitchen has a fridge, gas hob, Kettle and a coffee maker. Livingroom with a 3 seater with Hocker, table with 4 chairs. SMART digital LED TV and WiFi are available. Upstairs is a big sleepingarea with a double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200), duvets, night tables, wash basin furniture. Quiet location nearby the Dunes, the Beach and the center of Egmond aan Zee.
Arrivaltime: 15:00 o'clock. Departuretime: before 10.00 o'clock. Prices are inclusive parking card, gas, water, light, dune entrace card, linen, towels and discloths. The Taxes are exclusive. We require a deposit of 50% of the rent. Bookings for weekends or a few days are only possible in for season and late season. We hope to welcome you as our guest!

Egmond aan Zee
Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century.
