When you book Apartment Zin aan Zee, the sea and beach are almost literally at your feet. With your flip-flops on and your beach items in your bag, you walk straight onto the beautiful beach. The location of the apartment is directly in the cozy center with many cozy shops and atmospheric restaurants and terraces. The place for a fantastic holiday experience on the coast.

Apartment Zin aan Zee is ideally located, directly on the beach and completely on ground level. The property is furnished with nice furniture and fresh colors. From the sofa and from the relax chair you have a direct view of the sea dunes and beach entrance. The cozy dining area is also a nice place, with plenty of space for a game.

In the summer months it is also wonderful to stay on the front terrace and you can enjoy perhaps a beautiful sunset. At the rear there is also a spacious garden that you can use.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combination oven, Nespresso and filter machine.

1 bedroom is located at the back of the property, has a double bed (2 separate mattresses). From the bedroom you have access to the spacious garden, where it is wonderful to stay.

The 2nd bedroom is located at the front of the property and has 2 separate box spring beds.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture, toilet and washing machine. 

Parking is on your own property in front of the house (1 car). You must use this parking facility.For your information : paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.

You will receive max. 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve. Check-in time for this property is from 15:00

Pets are not allowed

A camping cot and high chair are standard in the property.

In the garden there is a covered area where there is room for bicycles (this is not a locked storage room). Also possibility to charge electric bicycles.
