The apartment is located directly on the North Boulevard and the cozy village centre is nearby. You have access to a private garage.

From your own private garage under the building you can reach your apartment completely indoors by elevator. Through the spacious hallway you enter the corner apartment, where there is a small storage room and a separate toilet.

From the apartment you have a magnificent view over the sea, beach and the centre of Egmond with the famous lighthouse.

Due to the corner location there is a lot of light inside and it offers beautiful views in different directions from both the living room, bedroom and from the balcony. The apartment has a balcony on the southwest side, so you can also enjoy it here during the day.

The living room is modern furnished with a 2-seater sofa, recliner, digital television and a cozy dining area with 4 chairs. From the living room you have access to the balcony.

The property has a garage (height 1.95m x width 2.26m) at your disposal. This is located at the bottom of the Sterflat complex. You must use this parking facility. If your car does not fit in the garage, we would be happy to inform you about possible parking options.Please note : paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.
