On the adjacent southwest-facing balcony, garden furniture including sun lounger are ready to enjoy the sun, sea and beach outdoors. That means enjoying the beautiful sunset!

The luxury open kitchen has been completely renovated and features induction hob, fridge/freezer combination, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher and kitchen equipment. Both a Senseo, Nespresso and quick filter coffee maker are available.

Swiss Sense Box-Spring beds: the 2 bedrooms are equipped with luxurious and comfortable Swiss Sense box-spring beds (2 separate mattresses 90cm*200cm + topper 180cm*200cm). Experience the carefree feeling of a luxury hotel and relax!

The master bedroom is located on the sea side of the apartment. From your comfortable and luxurious Swiss Sense box-spring bed you have a beautiful view over beach, sea, village, dunes and lighthouse! The bedroom has a digital Smart TV with built-in Chromecast and large wardrobe wall.

The 2nd bedroom is located on the village side. From this bedroom you have a spectacular view of village and dunes. The bedroom also has a digital Smart TV with built-in Chromecast and large wardrobe wall.

The bathroom has a shower with infrared panel, sink, bathroom cabinet, washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate.

If you have children traveling with you, the minimum age for this apartment is from 12 years.

The property has a garage (approx. height 2.15m x width 2.29m) at your disposal, with electric door. This is located at the bottom of the Sterflat complex. You must use this parking facility. If your car does not fit in the garage, we would be happy to inform you about possible parking options.Please note : paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.

You will receive max. 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve. Check-in time for this property is from 15:00.

Wohnungsaufteilung und Einrichtung gefallen uns sehr gut. Gut auch die großen und bequemen Betten sowie die Ausstattung der Küche. Sehr gut auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und der Einrichtung. Sehr gut auch die optimale Zufahrt in die Garage, auch für größere Fahrzeuge.
Durch die Lage im 10. Stock kann es zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts stand leider immer nur ein Fahrstuhl zur Verfügung.

Geschmackvolles Appartement mit phantastischem Meerblick

Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und alles sehr sauber. Die Übergabe verlief sehr freundlich im persöhnlichen Kontakt! Vor allem der Meerblick aus einem der beiden Schlafzimmer, direkt nach dem Aufwachen, war phantastisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Eigentlich hat es an nichts gefehlt. Vielleicht eine weitere Möglichkeit Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen bzw. zu trocknen....

Die Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt und alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Nordsee ist wunderbar. Die Nähe zur Nordsee, zu den Geschäften und Restaurants ist gut. Insgesamt waren wir hell begeistert von der Wohnung.
Eine stabile Beschattungsmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon wäre noch sehr schön.

Für uns 2 war es perfekt, die Wohnung ist wirklich nicht nur hübsch, gemütlich und praktisch, sondern auch mit hochwertigeren Möbeln und Elektrogeräten ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Wir haben direkt für den Sommer erneut gebucht.
Vielleicht eine Fußmatte vor die Dusche gegen das Rutschen beim Aussteige.

het telefonisch kontakt,de ontvangst en uitleg van inventaris. Bij een vraag direkt een oplossing middels de eigenaar waar wij een fijn gesprek mee hadden. Het hele app. was prachtig en heel schoon!
