Description
Summer house 't Vijvertje is situated behind the owner's home yet has its own entrance and terrace. Furnished for up to two adults plus two children, it offers a wonderfully sheltered southwest-facing terrace with garden furniture. The lively center of Egmond aan Zee, with its shops and restaurants, is a short walk away.
The living room is decorated in light tones with a three-seater chaise longue sofa, round dining table with chairs, and flatscreen TV.
The kitchen, highlighted by a nostalgic hardstone worktop, is fully equipped with cookware, gas hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, microwave, and fridge with freezer compartment.
The simple bathroom is located in the hallway on the ground floor and includes a shower and toilet.
The bedroom and adjoining sleeping area are on the first floor, reached by a steep staircase. At the top you enter the sleeping area with two single beds (80x190 / 90x190) and a washbasin with mirror. Please note there is no stair gate.
From here you enter the spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed (two single mattresses with duvets), bedside tables, and wardrobe. This room also overlooks the pond.
The terrace comes with garden table and chairs and offers complete privacy. A storage room is available for bicycles and beach items.

One digital parking permit (for a single license plate) is included, allowing you to park in the designated public zones. Please provide your license plate when booking so we can register it in the parking system.
A high chair and travel cot are available as standard.
