Very quiet environment, as there is no car traffic along the house. You can spend not only beautiful summer days and evenings here, but also cozy winter days
Via the general entrance and elevator you reach the hall which gives you access to the apartment.
The living room is cozy and modernly furnished. Through the large glass sliding doors you can see the sea across the entire width of the living room. From the living room you can step directly onto the spacious furnished terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, SMEG refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker/Senseo/Nespresso.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom with 2 beds in twin arrangement (2 separate beds) and wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom with 2 separate beds and wardrobe.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, bidet, sink, washing machine and has underfloor heating. The toilet is separate.
The spacious terrace (20m2) offers panoramic views and has a large sunshade, deck chairs and an outdoor table with 4 chairs.
There is a separate storage room for bicycles and/or beach equipment.
The complex has an elevator. However, you must still be able to climb some stairs.
Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
1x digital parking permit (1 car by license plate) is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your license plate number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.
1 dog (short-haired) is allowed.
You will receive a maximum of 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
