The completely renovated bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and underfloor heating. Also has a washing machine with dryer. The guest toilet was also completely renewed in November 2024.

If you have traveling children, the minimum age for this apartment is from 12 years.

The property has a garage (height 1.97m x width 2.30m) at your disposal, with electric door. This is located at the bottom of the Sterflat complex. You must use this parking facility. If your car does not fit in the garage, we are happy to inform you about possible parking options.For your information : paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.

Egmond ist immer eine Reise wert, bin auch immer im Sterflat aber Sterflat 263 toppt alles mit dieser Wahnsinnsaussicht. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und super schön eingerichtet. Komme gerne wieder
Leider hält die vorhandene Thermoskanne überhaupt nicht warm...das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau, es war einfach traumhaft schön.

Ein sehr schön renoviertes Apartment mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und ganz neuen sehr bequemen Boxspringbetten. Gut ausgestattete neue Küche mit drei verschiedenen Kaffeemöglichkeiten! Großzügiges Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Toilette ist separat. Tolle Aussicht auf die See vom Balkon und sehr zentrale Lage, nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch bis zum Zentrum.
