"Huis van Egmond aan Zee" is a small apartment complex in the center of Egmond aan Zee (opposite the pharmacy). It consists of 2 apartments (1x 4 people and 1x 2 people) and 2 studios (both suitable for 2 people). The location of "Huis van Egmond aan Zee" is in the immediate vicinity of many cozy shops, atmospheric restaurants and terraces. About 600 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the dunes.

Studio 2 - is located on the 2nd floor (2 flights of stairs) and is suitable for max. 2 people.

Via a shared entrance (staircase) you gain access to your studio (own locked front door). Studio 2 is located on the second floor.

Furnishings

This one-room apartment is modernly furnished with a sitting area with a chaise longue, flat-screen TV and a dining table with 3 chairs.

Also in the same room are 2 box spring beds (90x200), bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The kitchenette is functionally furnished with a 4-burner hob, refrigerator and microwave. Ideal for making your breakfast or preparing a light meal. You don't need more, Egmond aan Zee offers a range of restaurants where you can be pampered.

Bathroom

The neat bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Parking

Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
1x digital parking permit (1 car by license plate) is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your license plate number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.

A high chair and crib are available as standard. It is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.

A storage room for bicycles is NOT available. You can park them outside in the bicycle storage area at the front of the property (on private grounds)

The apartment complex "huis van Egmond aan Zee" has 4 holiday homes. On the 1st floor (1 flight up) are: Apartment 1 & Apartment 2. On the 2nd floor (2 flights up): Studio 1 & Studio 2. These properties are also ideal if you want to travel with multiple people/families. All together on vacation, but still separate.
