Apartment 1 - is located on the 1st floor (1 flight of stairs) and is suitable for max. 4 people. The property has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, modern living room with well-equipped open kitchen.
Via a shared entrance (staircase) you gain access to your apartment (own locked front door). The apartment is located on the first floor.
Furnishings
The living room is spacious, comfortable and neatly furnished. The modernly furnished living room features a chaise longue, flat-screen TV and a dining area with 4 chairs.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator and combination microwave. From the living room you can access the balcony (5.2 m2).
The bedrooms have 2 box spring beds (90x200), bedside tables and a wardrobe.

The neat functional bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Parking
Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
1x digital parking permit (1 car by license plate) is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your license plate number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.
A high chair and crib are available as standard. It is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
A storage room for bicycles is NOT available. You can park them outside in the bicycle storage area at the front of the property (on private grounds)
The apartment complex "huis van Egmond aan Zee" has 4 holiday homes. On the 1st floor (1 flight up) are: Apartment 1 & Apartment 2. On the 2nd floor (2 flights up): Studio 1 & Studio 2. These properties are also ideal if you want to travel with multiple people/families. All together on vacation, but still separate.
