Description
This summer house is located behind the ownerâs residence at Van Speijkstraat 24 in Egmond aan Zee. It has its own entrance and a small garden terrace with sun awning where you can bask in the sunshine. Parking spaces behind the house are available, and during the paid parking season you receive a permit.
Bicycles you bring can be safely stored in the garden.
The house is set across two floors and comfortably furnishedâsimple, practical, and in excellent condition.
Sleeping quarters are on the first floor, accessed via a staircase.
Bed linen is always included and four dune passes are provided.
Please note: towels are not provided.
Maximum of one pet allowed.
Parking: On public roads; during the paid parking period a digital permit is supplied.
