Strandzand

The Strandzand apartment is a maisonette with 2 floors and is located in the Kennedyflat complex. The entrance, kitchen, bedroom and terrace are on the ground floor. On the 1st floor is the living room with sofa (bed) and balcony. From the living room and balcony you have beautiful views over the North Sea. The complex is located directly on the beach and dunes and approximately 100 meters from the center. The house is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (2 people sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room)

Through the entrance on the ground floor, you enter directly into the fully equipped kitchen-living room with combination microwave, dishwasher and Senseo/Nespresso machine, washing machine. A cozy bar table with 4 high chairs is included. A wonderful place to enjoy a meal together or play a game.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and bathroom cabinet. There is a separate toilet in the property. The bedroom has a double bed (2 separate duvets), wardrobe and French doors to the south-facing terrace. The terrace has a picnic table, parasol and deck chair.

Via a staircase you reach the 1st floor, where the living room is located. The living room is practically arranged with a 2-seater sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. From here you have a great view of the "Werf", lighthouse and the sea and you can enjoy the sunset. On the other side of the living room you will find the TV corner with recliner, sofa bed (2 people sleep on the sofa bed) and you have access to the south-facing balcony.

The apartment has its own storage room, ideal for your bicycles or beach equipment.

A high chair and crib are available as standard.

1x digital parking permit (1 car by license plate) is included. This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. You must provide us with your license plate number when booking! We will process this in the parking system.
