Het Zandhuisje

Thanks to its location, Het Zandhuisje is perfect for beach lovers, positioned at the foot of the lighthouse and just steps from the sea and sand. It is a charming, snug home in the center of Egmond aan Zee within easy walking distance of the beach.

The holiday home is situated next to a residence and offers complete privacy. The entrance is on the ground floor, leading straight into the inviting living room with a sofa, swivel armchair, and cozy dining area. The simple yet practical kitchen includes a four-burner gas hob, refrigerator, Senseo machine, and microwave.

The compact bathroom is on the ground floor with a shower and washbasin with mirror. The house also features a separate toilet.

A spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses and single duvets, ample wardrobe space, and a washbasin with mirror.

The small terrace, furnished with garden seating, is well sheltered on the eastern side, making it ideal for enjoying the morning sun.

Paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee.
One digital parking permit (for a single license plate) is included, allowing you to park in the designated public zones. Please supply your license plate when booking so we can register it in the parking system.

You will receive up to two access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
