To make your stay even more comfortable, from April 2025 you can enjoy more comfort and luxury! The property features a modern open kitchen with dishwasher, luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and renovated guest toilet.

Apartment Seaview is located on the 4th floor of the apartment complex "de Kennedyflat". Located directly on the sea and beach. The complex has an elevator, the property is on one level. Within walking distance of the cozy centre of Egmond aan Zee with its cozy shops and restaurants.

From the apartment you have a very nice view over the sea, beach and the village with the lighthouse. The property has a south-facing balcony, equipped with an awning, so you can fully enjoy it during the day.

When you enter the property, you immediately enter the cozy hallway. The hallway gives you access to the 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom and living room.

The living room is cozy and homely furnished. It has a 2-seater sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, digital television and a dining area with 6 chairs. From the living room you step through the French doors onto the balcony, equipped with 2 garden chairs.

1 bedroom is on the gallery side and has 2 separate beds, a rattan cabinet with drawers and a wall cabinet. The second bedroom has a double bed (2 separate mattresses, beds cannot be pushed apart) and large wardrobe. From this bedroom you have a view of the beach and the sea.

Kitchen & Bathroom & Toilet

From April 2025 completely new kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet! From April 2025, the property is fully furnished with a modern open kitchen, equipped with combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter), Senseo and a kettle.

The bathroom will be given a modern makeover with a luxurious walk-in shower and modern vanity unit. The toilet will be completely renovated.

The property has its own storage room for bicycles or beach items you bring.

A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.

You have access to a parking space, which you must use during your stay. You will receiveno digital parking permit, you do not need to provide your license plate numbernot .
Please note : paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!

You will receive max. 2 access cards for the North Holland Dune Reserve.

Austausch des Doppelbetten, es knarrt bei jeder Bewegung und die matratzen sind zu hart.

Danke für die Bewertung. Seaview ist eine tolle Wohnung und schön eingerichtet mit eine neue Küche und Badezimmer. Bemerkung wegen das Bett: das haben wir noch nie gehört. Wir geben es an den Hauseigentümer weiter. Schlafkomfort von Matratzen ist immer auch persönlich.  WLAN: funktioniert jetzt gut! Da war eine neue Router! Versehentlich haben Sie noch die alte WLAN-Daten bekommen. Jetzt ist alles geändert.

Es fehlt eine spülmaschine, das Ehebett knarrt, es gibt zu wenig kleine Löffel, generell sehr altmodisches Geschirr und Besteck....

Neue Küche & Badezimmer & Toilette (ab April 2025) Die Küche, Badezimmer und Toilette werden komplett renoviert!  Ab April 2025 wird das Haus komplett mit einer modernen offenen Küche ausgestattet mit einer Kombi Ofen/Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Kaffeemaschine (Filter), Senseo und einem Wasserkocher.  Das Badezimmer bekommt einen modernen Look mit einer luxuriösen Dusche und modernen Waschbeckenmöbeln. Die Toilette würde komplett renoviert.  ​​​​​​​

Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Meerblick zu beiden Seiten. Balkon zur Südseite. Es ist alles da. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieteragentur.
Keine Steckdose im Bad/Verlängerungsschnur mitnehmen.

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt! Meerblick/Ausblick zu beiden Seiten!
Es wäre schön, wenn es im „grossen Schlafzimmer“ eine zweite Nachttischlampe/Leselampe mit einem Nachttisch aufgestellt werden könnte. Im Bad ist der Spiegelschrank und das Waschbecken schon sehr alt!

Seaview gefällt uns sehr gut. Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Essensbereich ist prima. Sitzgelegenheit mit Couch auch sehr gut. Betten gut.
In der Küche hat uns eine Spülmaschine gefehlt. Das Bad ist recht klein und im Winter auch nicht besonders warm. Die Stühle im Essensbereich sind etwas schwerfällig.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaften Ausblicken übers Meer, über Egmond und auf den Leuchtturm.
Vom zweiten Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf Leuchtturm und Stadt, den man aber nachts nicht genießen kann, weil direkt vor dem Fenster die ganze Nacht eine Lampe brennt und das Zimmer ohne Vorhang taghell ist.
