Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and a baby cot.
The landing has a washbasin and space for an additional guest bed if required. A washing machine is also available.
Rentals are weekly only during June, July, and August.
In the low season weekend and midweek stays are possible.
Single beds each have their own duvet; the double bed is made up with two single duvets.
Pets are welcome.

Weekly rates: March through June EUR 330.00; July through August EUR 430.00; September through October EUR 330.00; November through February EUR 265.00. Includes gas, water, and electricity. Bed linen rental EUR 5.00 per person; bed linen plus towels EUR 7.50 per person; final cleaning EUR 35.00.
Tourist tax EUR 1.80 per person per night; children up to four years stay free.

Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century.
