This completely renovated house, for maximum 4 persons, is detached and located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee. The house has its own rise which your privacy guarantees and is completely central heated. Out of the house you will have a nice view over the old village centre and the museum. It is provided with a completely arranged modern kitchen. A livingroom with radio, CD-player en cabletelevision. You can enjoy your own music with the Bluetooth radio. The bathroom is provided with a bath, shower and toilet. Outside is a large garden, which can be closed by a gate, which is perfect for children.

The distance to the beach is 300 meters. The neighbouring shops and supermarket are located on 100 meters of your stay. Parkingplace is present. Smoking is not permitted, as well as taking along your house animal.

Egmond aan Zee sits within the municipality of Bergen in North Holland. The village began life as a fishing community, but tourism has surged since the early twentieth century.
