Apartment with a view of the sea! This luxurious apartment is fully furnished with a brand new kitchen. It is situated on the first floor and is centrally located: the beach, dunes and village center are all within 100m. The apartment is suitable for 2 to 5 people and includes private parking. Free Wi- Fi.

Living/dining room ? 1 master bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 meters) ? 1 bedroom with a single bed ? 1 bedroom with a bunk bed ? Kitchen (NEW Jan 2012) ? Toilet ? Bathroom with a shower and sink ? Balcony facing west with a view of the sea and evening sunsets The apartment is on the first floor which can be reached with either the stairs or the elevator. The beach, dunes and the village are all in walking distance (100 meters).

In the living/dining room: 1x Tripp Trapp highchair, a television (CNN/BBC1/BBC2) with a DVD player and a radio/CD player. The kitchen is new (January 2012) with a combination refrigerator/freezer (with a 3 drawer freezer), a washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, a 5 burner stovetop (one for wok) and a Nespresso and/or Senseo coffee maker. In the master bedroom there is a desk and large closet. Further, there is a fold-away children?s bed. There is Wi-Fi and a family entrance card for the dune areas. Downstairs in the storage room are 3 bicycles (1x women?s, 1x men?s and 1 x child?s), a large beach wagon and beach/sandbox toys. There is a private parking space; the area can be accessed with a key. Pets are not permitted in the apartment nor is smoking allowed. The rental price includes electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, private parking, beach wagon, bikes and bedding. Not included in the price are visitor?s taxes ? 1.45 per person per night and a onetime cleaning cost ? 50.-.

Es war ein von der bester Ferienwohnung den wir gemietet haben. Die Austattung war klasse und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alle dieses 2 Wochen genossen und der Wohnung hat total dazu beigetragen. Die Küche ist top. Die Betten waren sehr gut und es ist insgesamt sehr warmherzig. Alle Infos über die Region waren Vorhanden, alles in Deutsch auch. Unsere kleinste Tochter ist 8 und hat Down Syndrom und der Wohnung war auch für sie total sicher und sie und unsere 2 grössere Töchtern fanden der Ort super. Wir könnten die Dünen endecken, am Strand gehen, der kleinen Innenstadt von Egmond aan Zee erkunden... aber wir haben auch Alkmaar, Haarlem, Enhuizen, die Lagune von Camperduin und Amsterdam besucht. Es war alles ziemlich nah. Ein sehr gelungenes Ferienzeit.

Persönnlich fällt mir nichts ein. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung von der Buchung bis Abreise, ein sehr liebevoll und persönlich gestaltetes und eingerichtetes Appartement. Nichts fehlt! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Haben auf den festen Matratzen prima geschlafen. Der Fahrradkeller ist bestens ausgestattet. Vielen Dank! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden!
