You will feel at home right from the moment you see the lighthouse! The fishing village Egmond has been one of the most popular family bathing sites in the country. Generations of children have walked towards the waves with shovels and buckets.

Holiday home Carpe Diem consists of the large living room and a private garden. This house is cozy and stylishly decorated and suitable for four people. Ideal for a beach holiday with the whole family! The beach house has a spacious living room with various furnitures. The livingroom has an open kitchen along with a smart-tv, a dinner table and two sofa's. The firstfloor can be reached by stairs, where you can find the three bedrooms and the shower and the toilet. In the garden you can enjoy the sun and even stall your bikes.

The beach is the most important feature of charming Egmond. Enjoy lovely, sunny days being lazy, or come over in the fall to catch a breath of fresh air at sea. During your stay in Egmond aan Zee, you can also visit the nearby artists' village Bergen. Another option is a day of shopping in Alkmaar, here you can buy plenty of cheeses! In addition to these towns, Egmond is also surrounded by beautiful nature, so you can make wonderful hiking and cycling trips.

Zeer schoon. Heerlijk bed! En de locatie is perfect. We hebben een zeer relaxte kerst gehad in Carpe Diem!

Misschien betere beschrijving van de tv...wij kwamen er niet uit. Nou kijken we gelukkig niet veel tv maar voor de volgende gasten.

Schönes kleines Häuschen

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen, das gut für uns fünf Personen plus Hund gereicht hat. Alles schön eingerichtet. Meer gleich um die Ecke. Schöner Strand. Tolle Dünenlandschaften. Nettes Städtchen. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Kleiner Supermarkt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Einige Restaurants und Imbissbuden um die Ecke.

Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Und eine Toilette mit Dusche für fünf Personen ist etwas knapp bemessen, aber das wussten wir vorher schon.

Der Standort war optimal. Nähe zur Stadt und Strand und Meer. Der Eindruck vom Wohnraum sehr schön. Die Matratzen/Beten waren bequem.

Das Bad war winzig klein, ohne Waschbecken und die Tür klemmte, ließ sich kaum schließen. Auch andere Türen waren nicht in Ordnung. Wasserhähne in den Zimmern nicht fest. Schlafräume sehr klein. Die genannte Ausstattung war nicht vorhanden. Keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Radio, eine Couch (lt. Beschreibung 3)
