Description

Beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment directly on the promenade has a great view over the promenade and the North Sea. Suitable for up to 4 people.

This beautiful apartment is located on the third floor of the apartment building "Zonnehoek". Directly on the boulevard and wide sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee. Just few steps away you can find the lively center and restaurants.

From the living room and the balcony you can enjoy the stunning view over the sea and the boulevard.
For your car you will get a parking permit during paid parking period. Your bikes took along can be parked in the lockable area under the building.

This apartment is suitable for max. 4 people. It is recently renovated with among other things excellent kitchen with granite countertop and modern equipment.  
New spacious built-in closets in a hall and a bedroom

Arrangements:
Large living room with open kitchen. Spacious modern bathroom with a shower, toilet and bath furniture. One bedroom with double bed and one more bedroom with 2 single beds (trundle beds).

2 balconies. One on the eastern side and one on the west side, with a beautiful view and garden furniture.

Further available: Electrical cooker, dishwasher, microwave/oven, koffee maker, fridge/freezer, digital flatscreen TV, Radio/CD/DVD, wireless WLAN internet, washer, dryer

The priices are based on a stay of 4 people.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach nur schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Bettwäsche und Handtücher bei dem Wochenpreis extra berechnet werden. Wir haben es daher vorgezogen eigene mit zubringen.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick auf Strand und Meer. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Eine tolle und gut ausgestattete Küche. Besonders gute Matratzen. Wir haben hervorragend darauf geschlafen.

Einige Leuchtmittel waren defekt. Die hätte man austauschen können. Es wurde uns bei der Abreise versprochen, sich darum zu kümmern. War aber nur eine Kleinigkeit.
