Modern kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, large freezer and Senseo. 
Bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror, and toilet. 
Free WiFi with fast internet, suitable for conference calls etc.

The apartment is conveniently located 150 meters from the beach and near the center of Egmond aan Zee, but in a quiet neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the extensive dunes. 
In front of the apartment building there is a square where children can play safely. The parking lot is located in front of this square and thus close to the entrance of the building. 
A bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the apartment, with good connections to Alkmaar, among others. Ideal for families with children and people with poor mobility.
Rental price includes gas, water, electricity, cable and wifi.
