This modern apartment (over 100 m2) sleeps up to 5 adults and 2 children. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished with light colors and parquet floors.

Large living room (40 m2), lounge and dining area with great attention to comfort.
Open kitchen with 2nd dining area overlooking the sea and dunes.
Bathroom with underfloor heating, bath, shower and double sink.
Number of bedrooms: 3, 1 as Children with sleeping cabin, loft bed (2.00 m), Children Climb Drywall and 7th extra bed (2.00m). Master bedroom with sink. Beds: 2.00 m / 0.90 m and 2.00 m / 0.80 m.
Toilet separate present.
A large terrace (21 m2) on the south and across the width electric awnings.

The apartment is equipped with the following amenities:

Große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Das große Ecksofa hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Dünenlandschaft hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Betten waren bezogen.

Das Schloss der Wohnungseingangstür lässt sich nicht abschließen, man kann die Tür nur ins Schloss ziehen. Der Duschvorhang und die Teppiche könnten erneuert werden. Die Gardinen im Wohnzimmer hatten Flecken. Ein größerer Fernseher mit SMART-Funktion wäre wünschenswert (Netflix und Amazon Streaming war leider nicht möglich).

Kurzurlaub in Egmond aan Zee

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, der Zustand ist wirklich gut, das Ambiente stimmt und ist gemütlich, zumal die Aussicht schön ist. Egmond aan Zee ist generell herzlich und sehr hundefreundlich.

Die Treppen, von denen man trotz Aufzug mindestens zwei überwinden muss, sind für gehbehinderte oder sich unsicher bewegende Menschen ein Problem, zwei der Betten sind im Grunde nur für kleinere Kinder nutzbar, eines der Betten unter Umständen sogar gar nicht. Ein Hinweis darauf wäre wünschenswert.
