Beautiful views to offer this spacious and renovated apartment on the beach, sea and dunes, separated only by a 
shell path of ocean and dunes !!! 
The apartment, located on the 3rd floor has two balconies, two bedrooms (formerly 3 bedrooms), 
a new open kitchen plus a panoramic view of the sea and beach. 

DESCRIPTION: 

Living room 
spacious living room with sliding doors to the sunny balcony, open kitchen also with doors to the second balcony. 

Balconies 
Both balconies are located on the West and on the small terrace is a large dining table on the large terrace a nice lounge sofa which can further get the holiday feeling. 

kitchen
New fully fitted open kitchen with, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, etc. etc .. 

Bedroom 1 
The master bedroom is about 20 m2 and consists of a double divan plus large closet. 

Bedroom 2 
The second bedroom has two single beds (box springs), wardrobe and washbasin.

Der Wohnraum mit den großen Fenstern und diesem großartigen Blick - das Sofa auf dem Balkon - die Lage - gutes Bett - geschmackvolle, schöne Einrichtung - Küchenausstattung- Lift- Autostellplatz

sehr kleines Bad - es wäre schön und praktisch, wenn wenigstens ein Tap für die Spülmaschine vorhanden wäre. ( oder in der Ausschreibung erwähnen, dass es keine gibt) Ein Tisch auf dem Balkon fehlt.
