Description

A nice summer house, 300 meters from the beach, sea and dunes. An excellent starting point for excursions or just to enjoy a holiday!

This newly renovated summer cottage is located behind the owner's home on Eisenhower Street no. 15 in Egmond aan Zee. It is a house with private entrance and a terrace in the garden where you can enjoy the sun.There is enough parking place beside and behind the house. In the paid parking season you will get parking card for it. .

The cottage has two floors and is comfortably furnished. Simple and practical, all in excellent condition. The boiler is new, there is new laminate on the floor, and everything is neatly painted.

The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor which is accessed via a staircase.

The rent prices shown are based on a stay of up to 3 people and included cleaning, linen, booking fee.

Tolle 5 Tage über Silvester

Wir waren nun schon das zweite mal in diesem haus. Und wir wurden wieder sehr herzlich begrüßt und empfangen. Das Haus ist super. Alles vorhanden alles heile und alles sauber. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder. Daumen hoch

Was uns leider nicht ganz so zugesagt hat war das Sofa das ist leider schon etwas durch gesessen.

Supernette und herzliche Gastgeberin !!! & ein sehr sauberes & gemütliches Ferienhaus! Wunderbare Betten !! Das Zentrum und das Meer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Ruhig gelegen, die kleine "Terrasse" lädt bei gutem Wetter zum verweilen ein.
