Description

A nice summer house, 300 meters from the beach, sea and dunes. An excellent starting point for excursions or just to enjoy a holiday!

This newly renovated summer cottage is located behind the owner's home on Eisenhower Street no. 15 in Egmond aan Zee. It is a house with private entrance and a terrace in the garden where you can enjoy the sun.There is enough parking place beside and behind the house. In the paid parking season you will get parking card for it. .

The cottage has two floors and is comfortably furnished. Simple and practical, all in excellent condition. The boiler is new, there is new laminate on the floor, and everything is neatly painted.

The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor which is accessed via a staircase.

The rent prices shown are based on a stay of up to 3 people and included cleaning, linen, booking fee.

Individualurlaub im Sommerhäusche

Strandnah, sehr individuell! Schöne Lage , Eckhaus, Parkplatz vorhanden! In ein paar Minuten im gemütlichen Zentrum! Den Freiplatz im Hof konnten wir in einer Woche Aufenthalt dann doch zwei Tage nutzen: alles sehr gepflegt! Waschbecken oben und Toilette unten etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber geht alles! Handtücher ausreichend selbst mitbringen, ebenfalls Geschirrtücher ! Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden! Achtung Treppe zum Schlafraum und sehr steil !

Das Sofa ist in der Tat schon etwas „durchgesessen „ Die Senseo Kaffeemaschine traf nicht unseren Geschmack :eine einfache Filter Maschine fehlte uns. Tat aber dem erholsamen Urlaub keinen Abbruch!
