Our cosy and luxury Appartment is situated on the Kennedyboulevard. - 50 meter from the sea - 150 meter from the city of Egmond aan Zee - Balkon and Garden - max. 6 persons - 3 sleepingrooms

Furniture: Hall, Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash-stand. Livingroom with open kitchen. (25 m2) TV, radio/CD 1 sleepingroom with 2x singlebed and wordrobe. 1 sleepingroom with 2x singlebed and small bed for a little child and a wordrobe. 1 sleepingroom with double-highbed and wordrobe. From the livingroom and balcony/garden you have a part sight of the sea. Free parkingplace by the appartment and also a free card for the duns.

We let the whole year. The rentprices are included bed-clothes, gas, light- and water. Exclusief touristtax and cleaning. The rentprices are from E 370.00 to E 690.00 by a week for 5 persons. For the 6e person is a extra price. Out of the season you can rent for a short time or weekend. Domestic-animals are not allowed.
