From the summer home you have a nice view of the old coffee mill from 1899. There are two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed). By arrival, the beds are already made for you.
There are two bicycles at your disposal, as well as two dune cards. Enjoy walking in the dunes and make beautiful cycling trips in the area. From the summer home you are in the dunes within a few minutes and the beach and the sea are less than 2 kilometers away.
250 meters away there is a small shopping center, including a supermarket, bakery, butcher, cheese shop and a fish shop. If you walk a little further into the village Egmond aan den Hoef, you'll also find a snackbar and a pizzeria.
In the low season (March-June and September-November) there is a weekend, midweek and week rental. A weekend is from Friday to Monday (3 nights), a midweek is from Monday to Friday (4 nights). In the high season (July and August) there only is week rental from Friday to Friday.
All prices include gas, water, electricity, wifi, bedding and final cleaning, but do not include tourist tax. For a stay of two weeks or more, you will receive a 5% discount on the total rental price.

Molenzicht is een leuk huisje met een mooie tuin en veel privacy. De bedden zijn goed en het is er schoon.
Er is ons niks tegengevallen.
As a family of 3 we even got 3 bikes! Very friendly hosts. We will definitely come back!
Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist durch die vielen Fenster sehr hell. Schöne Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer auf die alte Kaffemühle. Total privat durch eigenen Eingang über eigene Terrasse. Sehr ruhig.
Zwischen Toilette und gegenüberliegender Wand ist nicht viel Platz
Nette, zuvorkommende Vermieter. Die Lage war gut. Wir waren schnell am Strand (2 Fahrräder gehörten dazu). Die Terrasse mit den Gartenmöbel war nicht einzusehen.
Das Bad war sehr eng bemessen. Es gab keine Mischbatterien. Man muss die Temperatur immer selber mischen. Zu wenig deutsche TV-Sender (bei schlechtem Wetter).
Wir erhielten bei Ankunft einen Ordner mit Kartenmaterial und Infos. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter gab uns außerdem bei der Begrüßung noch einige Tipps. Uns standen 2 tolle Fahrräder zur Verfügung und wir erhielten 2 Dünenkarten direkt vom Vermieter. Für unser Auto stand ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. In der Küche waren außer allen notwendigen Dingen sogar Küchenhandtücher, Spülmittel, Handwaschseife und Kaffeefilter vorhanden. Der bepflanzte Innenhof am Sommerhaus hatte eine schöne Sitzecke mit Gartentisch und Stühlen, an dem man wunderbar essen konnte.
