From the summer home you have a nice view of the old coffee mill from 1899. There are two bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed). By arrival, the beds are already made for you.
There are two bicycles at your disposal, as well as two dune cards. Enjoy walking in the dunes and make beautiful cycling trips in the area. From the summer home you are in the dunes within a few minutes and the beach and the sea are less than 2 kilometers away.
250 meters away there is a small shopping center, including a supermarket, bakery, butcher, cheese shop and a fish shop. If you walk a little further into the village Egmond aan den Hoef, you'll also find a snackbar and a pizzeria.
In the low season (March-June and September-November) there is a weekend, midweek and week rental. A weekend is from Friday to Monday (3 nights), a midweek is from Monday to Friday (4 nights). In the high season (July and August) there only is week rental from Friday to Friday.
All prices include gas, water, electricity, wifi, bedding and final cleaning, but do not include tourist tax. For a stay of two weeks or more, you will receive a 5% discount on the total rental price.

Der schöne Innenhiof und der Blick auf die alte Mühle und die ruhige Lage. Der Supermarkt ist leicht erreichbar, auch zu Fuss.
Im Haus riecht es sehr modrig, ausserdem ist es für 4 Personen deutlich zu klein. Die Einrichtung könnte auch ein Update vertragen.

Margriet und Herbert sind sehr nette Vermieter, die tolle kleine Ausflugsrouten zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad in Nordholland vorbereitet haben. Das Häuschen ist klein, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen schönen Außenbereich, der in sich abgeschlossen ist, somit ist man ganz privat für sich. Die Fahrräder, die zur Verfügung gestellt werden, sind prima und bei Problemen damit, gibt es sofort Unterstützung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, gerade auch, weil es etwas außerhalb vom Trubel in Egmond aan Zee liegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schön wäre eine kleine überdachte Terrasse am Haus, um im Sommer auch bei Regen eventuell draußen sitzen können
Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns Fahrräder organisiert und Tipps für Radtouren gegeben. Das Haus ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
