Description

Spacious and comfortable drive-in house with a garage underneath is located at the foot of Egmond dunes. Suitable for 5 persons and has two bedrooms. 200 meters away from the beach and just few steps away from the center.

This very nice drive-in house is located in Jan Dirk z'n Dal street at the foot of Egmond dunes. Very quiet street, 200 meters away from the beach and approximately 400 meters away from the center.  

This very well maintained property is being rent from april till september and is suitable for up to 5 people (2 bedrooms).

Arrangements:
Ground floor:

  • Front door, hall with a toilet, stairs to the garage underneath the house and stairs to the first floor.
  • Spacious, nicely and comfortably furnished living room. Big "curved" LED TV with lots of channels and connected to Bose sound installation.  
  • Big balcony on the south with garden furniture. Here you can the whole day enjoy the sun.
  • Big open kitchen with all necessary equipment like dishwasher, microwave and oven.  

1st floor:

  • Big bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and extra toilet.
  • 1 bedroom with double bed with single duvets
  • 1 bedroom with bunk and one single bed

Under the house there is a spacious garage where you can put your car and eventually your bikes brought along. Of course there is also a power supply so that you possibly can charge your bike batteries.

There is also a separate space for a washer and dryer overthere.

There is a dunes permit card available in case you would like to go for a walk in the dunes.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad alles was tot in de puntjes toe picobello verzorgd. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien en daarbij ook nog eens heel netjes en schoon. En de bedden waren heerlijk goeie matrassen.Als het voor ons mogelijk is gaan we zeker nog eens terug.

Het weer,helaas! Maar daar is mevrouw Verschoor niet verantwoordelijk voor.

Wir waren mit 5 Personen in der Unterkunft der Familie Verschoor. Angefangen von dem Stellplatz unter der Wohnung in einer Garage mit direktem Zugang zur Wohnung, die Größe der Unterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnzimmer mit modernem TV und Audio Anlage, die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, der Kontakt mit Frau Verschoor... Alles in Allem sehr gute Unterkunft die ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen würde.
