Description

This 4 pers.cottage with 2 separate bedrooms is located directly behind the boulevard in a quiet area just 150 meters from beach and center. The house has a separate entrance, a terrace and is fully equipped (see features) including the Internet, 300Mb/sec) etc.

There is a terrace at the front, near the entrance is a hall with toilet and shower, also has a large living room with Digital television (32inch),, radio, DVD player etc. Internet Wifi (300Mb/sec) There is a highchair available.There is a separate kitchen which fridge, microwave,senseo, etc. The house is heated means central heating. With the stairs to above it is a (child safe) landing / bedroom with twin beds and a sink, also has a separate large bedroom with double bed, a twin and a cot and wardrobe, ironing board etc. You will receive a free parkingcard and two dunetickets.

Low season: January,February,March,April,October,November,December, Price per week 450,- excluding holiday periods.                                High Season: May,June,July,August,September. Price a week; € 550,- Min 4 nights. Prices include: Energy, water, final cleaning, etc.                One possibly. two parking ticket(s) and 2 dune tickets- children free up to 17 years. Prices excluding bed linen. For extra duvet covers: € 7.50,- p.p. Prices include tourist tax. Prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday. Weekend and midweek in principle only in low season,in the high season it is possible to be deviated from in consultation. The house is available all year round. Smoking and pets prohibited.

Perfecte ligging, vlakbij de winkels, én vlakbij de zee. Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurder. Die ook genoeg privacy geeft. Alles is aanwezig in het huisje. Kan geen minpunten bedenken!
