Description

De Oude Kazerne, a former fire station, is located in Egmond aan Zee, only 400 meters from the beach and around the corner from the pleasant shopping street of Egmond. The house is rented with a parking permit that allows you to park nearby. The house has two small and 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a cot.

There are two new bathrooms (spring 2022), both with a shower and sink, and one with toilet.

The house has a spacious terrace with lounge set and picnic table with lots of privacy. All in all, a unique combination: close to the beach and the supermarket and other shops around the corner. The house is modern furnished with many design items and has a living room with a comfortable sitting area, Sonos box, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, separate oven and microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) with dining table, and a toilet. . Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. On the first floor a spacious hall with four bedrooms (a master bedroom, two small bedrooms with double beds and a small bedroom with two single beds and a cot) a new bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a new bathroom with shower and sink.

The old Kazerne is a typical family home, so we only rent it out to families, not to groups.

Lovely house on a great location

The house is super clean and nicely decorated, we felt at home right away. The beds (and blankets!) are amazing, the kitchen is open and part of the living room and has everything you need. The house is situated on a quiet street, but very close to the main street of Egmond aan Zee with all the shops and restaurants. Within 5 minutes you're at the beach.

We couldn't have wished for a nicer place to spend our holiday and we highly recommend it!

Centrale ligging

We hebben erg genoten van ons lange weekend in het zeer complete huis. Zeer centrale ligging: op loopafstand van strand, winkels, supermarkt en diverse restaurants. Het huis zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, lekkere bank en genoeg ruimte om lekker in de zon te zitten of te eten. De supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen is gewoon erg handig. De visboer aan de overkant heeft heerlijke gebakken garnalen. Op loopafstand zitten een aantal leuke strandtenten, waar je prima strandstoelen kunt huren. Kortom, we komen zeker een keer terug!
