Description

De Oude Kazerne, a former fire station, is located in Egmond aan Zee, only 400 meters from the beach and around the corner from the pleasant shopping street of Egmond. The house is rented with a parking permit that allows you to park nearby. The house has two small and 1 large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a cot.

There are two new bathrooms (spring 2022), both with a shower and sink, and one with toilet.

The house has a spacious terrace with lounge set and picnic table with lots of privacy. All in all, a unique combination: close to the beach and the supermarket and other shops around the corner. The house is modern furnished with many design items and has a living room with a comfortable sitting area, Sonos box, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, separate oven and microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) with dining table, and a toilet. . Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. On the first floor a spacious hall with four bedrooms (a master bedroom, two small bedrooms with double beds and a small bedroom with two single beds and a cot) a new bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet and a new bathroom with shower and sink.

The old Kazerne is a typical family home, so we only rent it out to families, not to groups.

Sehr stilvolles Haus!!!

Das Haus ist wirklich etwas besonderes :) Alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet und der Eigentümer hat einen tollen Geschmack. Man hatte kaum das Gefühl in einem Ferienhaus zu sein sondern eher jemanden in seinem zu Hause zu besuchen. Die Lage ist super und könnte nicht besser sein. Mit Kindern konnte man fix mit Hausschuhen rüber zum Supermarkt Brötchen holen und auch am Strand ist man sehr schnell. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Das Haus war sauber und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, die Lage ist super, Einkaufsstraße und Strand fußläufig. Wir hatten Glück und das Wetter hat mitgespielt.

Heerlijk verblijf

De locatie is ideaal, zo midden in het dorp en dichtbij het strand. De kazerne is van alle gemakken voorzien en de bedden slapen heerlijk! Zelfs in de schuur liggen speeldingen die de kids kunnen gebruiken op het strand. De keuken is meer dan compleet.

Mocht je met kleine kinderen verblijven die gemakkelijk wakker worden, dan is de karzene door de open trap vanuit de woonkamer wat gehorig. Onze kids hadden hier gelukkig weinig last van.

Coole Fototapete, super Küche, viel Platz, sehr gemütlich, tolle Bluetoothbox, bequeme Fussbodenheizung, komplette Ausstattung.

Stechender Reinigungsgeruch im Bad, bei Sturm/starkem Wind lässt der Kamin im Schlafzimmer kaum Ruhe einkehren, die Spülmaschine schließt nur mit kräftigem Druck.
