Directly in the centre of Egmond aan Zee and at less than 75 meters from the beach, we offer you this great apartment.

Located in a quiet street next to the lively main street and right next to the town’s central  square you can find the apartment De Klok III. Nice neighbourhood where you can enjoy a coffee on one of the terraces, have diner in one of the nice restaurants, where you can shopping or just sit on one of the benches and enjoy looking at what is happening.

You live here less than 75 meters from our beautiful beach. Door, turn left, right  and walk straight to the beach. lovely in the summer to sunbathe and swim and in the other seasons great for a walk along the beach.

The apartment De Klok III is located on the first floor and offers a spacious living / dining room in the apartment. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, freezer and microwave. Of course your apartment has central heating.

Here we offer two bedrooms with each bedroom two box-spring beds. On one of the rooms there is an extra washing stand. The bathroom and toilet are combined and there is  a nice bath.

Near your apartment you can sit outside on the sheltered terrace (facing south), which is equipped with chairs and tables.

The apartment is very complete. It is suitable for four persons and together with De Klok II it offers also a good opportunity for a larger group or two families to enjoy your vacation.

In the apartment you have WIFI and naturally in the season we provide a parking permit. Bed linen, towels and end cleaning are included in our prices. Bicycle storage is possible in consultation.

We rent out all year round and in the winter you are also welcome for a few days. In the summer we only rent out per week.

Würden wir immer wieder buchen

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Strand und Stadt direkt um die Ecke und trotzdem ruhig. Wir waren mit 4 Personen und 2 Hunden da und es war ausreichend Platz. Was auch nicht unwichtig ist: Die Dusche hat ordentlich Druck und das Wasser ist sofort heiß. Die Terrasse ist natürlich bei schönem Wetter noch das Highlight. Super ist auch, wenn man mit mehreren Pärchen fährt, dass es direkt nebenan ein 2. Wochnung (De Klokk II, für 4 - 6 Personen) gibt. Wir werden die Wohnung für nächstes Jahr Ostern wieder buchen.

Es liegt überall Teppichboden. Aus hygienischer Sicht wäre ein Austausch gegen Laminat o.ä. nicht schlecht. Das eine oder andere Fenster müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Aber die super Lage, der super Preis und natürlich die sehr netten Vermieter überwiegen die "kleinen Mängel".

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, von der Küche hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Leuchtturm. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 3 Personen in Ordnung, die Terasse ist definitiv 3in Pluspunkt.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Lediglich etwas mehr Gläser oder Frühstücksteller wären schön damit man nicht nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen müsste. Aber das ist kein Minuspunkt!
